Creative alignment before the cameras roll.
We run structured sessions of two to four hours with stakeholders to test positioning, narrow the brief, and align on the goal of the work. This way strategy isn’t decided on set (or worse, in post).

Marketing leaders with several stakeholders.
We get all the decision makers in one room. Anyone who has veto power over the final edit.
That usually means marketing leadership, the executive team, and the GM or ownership.
Two to four hours, depending on the number of stakeholders and the project’s complexity.
- Before
Each stakeholder fills out a short form on their own. It takes about 20 minutes.
We compile the answers into an alignment report that shows where your team already agrees, and where it doesn’t.
- The session
We work through the report point by point: audience, message, tone, business goals, and what success looks like.
Everyone has a chance to weigh in and be heard.
We push you to refine, get specific, and make tough decisions.
- After
Following the workshop, we send you the complete blueprint.
What the blueprint contains.
Audience framing
Who the work is for, and the business problem it needs to solve.
Alignment report
Where your team agreed, where it didn’t, and how each open point was resolved.
Creative direction
The message, tone, style, setting, and music, with the reasons behind each call.
Content roadmap
The assets you need and where each one runs.
Decision log
Every decision made in the room, and the one person who owns final approval.
From blueprint to production.
Based on everything we uncovered in the workshop, we present you with either one concept to be refined, or a few to select from.
Building on the approved concept, we present the script and storyboards. Once they’re approved, all that’s left is to execute the plan.
The workshop is often where new partnerships start.
You can also book the workshop on its own. The blueprint is yours to execute with us, with another creative shop, or with your own team. If your team will run it, we build the plan around what they can do in-house.
